An office of very professional and friendly staff, and excellent dental service. I've never been pressured into any kind of procedure, though I've received excellent advice on different possibilities. Cleanings are always done well, and when I had my wisdom teeth out, they were very accommodating in timing my appointment. I have absolutely no complaints.

My first visit back to the office where we were patients of Dr. Sloan was an emergency crown replacement. Dr. Del Vecchio was outstanding. He listened to me from the start, built trust and did an excellent job. In fact the whole Mondavi team was friendly, professional and did their jobs so well. I had an old filling fall apart and needed both a root canal and a crown done quickly. I was referred to an excellent root canal specialist quickly who handled me in one visit. My filling replacement was fast and efficient. Laura and Betsy are always thorough, professional and enjoyable to talk with. The only negative thing I will point out is that when I reviewed the receipt after arriving home I noticed a $61 charge on my bill for Periodic Oral Evaluation. After cleaning, Laura checked with the doctor and he waived the exam; apparently because he had just done the prophylaxis and trusted Laura's work. Since he did nothing more than work on the affected tooth, I didn't expect

I am a CHICKEN when it comes to getting any sort of dental work done. I let Dr. Delvecchio and his assistant know what works for me (cover tools & talk me through what's going on so I know what to expect), they accomodated and it made the procedure so much less stressful for me.
